What is the platform size and weight limit?
The 360° platform is approximately 4 feet in diameter and supports up to 400 pounds, comfortably accommodating three to four guests at a time. For larger groups, guests can stand just outside the platform edge for a wider shot. Our attendant monitors capacity and positioning for safety at all times.
Can the 360° Video Booth be used outdoors?
Yes. The 360° Video Booth works beautifully outdoors on level surfaces. We bring all necessary power, lighting, and weatherproofing for outdoor setups. For covered patios, rooftops, and open fields, the booth performs flawlessly. In the event of rain or high winds, we work with you on contingency placement.
How long is each video?
Each 360° video is approximately 15 to 30 seconds — optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The length is adjustable depending on your preference and the platform rotation speed. Shorter clips tend to perform best on social media, and our attendant can customize on the fly.
Can we add custom music to the videos?
Absolutely. You can choose a track from our curated library of licensed music or provide your own song. We sync the music overlay to every video so the final product feels polished and on-brand. Corporate clients often use their brand jingle or campaign audio.

How long does setup take?
Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before your event to set up the platform, camera arm, lighting ring, red carpet, and all digital systems. Teardown takes about 45 to 60 minutes. All setup and teardown time is included in your rental — no hidden fees.
