Every room at the Anatole has its own acoustic personality. The Grand Ballroom's soaring ceilings create a dramatic atmosphere but require carefully positioned line arrays and delay fills to achieve intelligible speech reinforcement for 2,000+ attendees. The intimate boardroom suites need discreet ceiling-mounted speakers and tabletop microphone systems. AEP configures audio, video distribution, and lighting for each space individually — because a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work in a property this diverse.

The Anatole's in-house rigging infrastructure allows AEP to fly truss-based lighting rigs, mount LED walls for maximum visual impact, and create stage builds that leverage the ballroom's natural architecture rather than fighting it.
